Ford Academic Center exists to help young athletes discover their strength, build resilience, and develop a growth mindset that lasts far beyond the game. We meet them where they are and remind them that they are chosen for more.
Brotherhood in Motion
In partnership with the Better than Yesterday Foundation and LifeQuest Urban Outreach Center, Brotherhood in Motion exists to create a tight-knit brotherhood of young men committed to growth—mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially. This long-term cohort is designed to build confidence,character, and community through intentional dialogue and shared life experiences.
High School Boys basketball players are invited to come train and learn together with us on Tuesday evenings at LifeQuest Urban Outreach Center.
The Chosen Labs
The Chosen Labs is a high-performance mental development program designed to bridge the gap between physical and mental performance. We partner with athletic directors and coaches to integrate a structured, 3-pillar framework directly into their existing team culture—focusing on identity, resilience, and team culture. This isn't a one-time motivational speech or a clinical therapy session; it is a practical, on-site training system that equips student-athletes to handle pressure, build authentic team unity, and perform with purpose. We don't replace the work you do; we add the mental armor your athletes need to win in competition and succeed long after the final whistle.
