The Chosen Mentality Health Conference
The Chosen Ones, Village 99, and East Kentwood High School is excited to partner to form the first annual Chosen Mentality Conference!
Objective
To give student athletes a safe space to learn about mental health and to provide them with the tools to navigate their journeys as a valued individual.
The student athletes in attendance will participate in multiple interactive breakout sessions led by mental health professionals, coaches, and former athletes.

Date: Tuesday, July 30 from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
Conference Attendees: EKHS Freshman Student Athletes
Location: East Kentwood High School
What is this Conference About?
The Chosen Mentality Conference will consist of interactive breakout sessions led by mental health professionals, coaches, and former athletes from the community. Some of session topics will include:
1. Anxiety
2. Mental Toughness and Grit
3. Sports Medicine and Injury
4. Nutrition
5. Adverse Childhood Experiences (A.C.E.S.)
